About the Tour
Sea Cliff — a one square mile village founded in 1871 as a Methodist Campground Association — is celebrated for its wealth of Victorian architecture. Yet as you wander our winding streets, the housing stock reveals itself to be wonderfully eclectic, spanning more than a century of American domestic life.
Victorian Era Homes
The Artist's Cottage & Gallery — 1891 A charming cottage belonging to a working artist, notable for its five garages — one of which has been transformed into an occasional art gallery and community gathering space.
The Painted Lady — 1898 An exuberant example of late-Victorian residential design, brought to vivid new life through the owners' stylish use of architectural salvage throughout.
The Four-Story Marina Home — 1892 A grand four-story Victorian with a serene, spa-like rear yard overlooking the marina — a rare private retreat at the heart of the village.
Mid-Century Ranch Homes
The Contemporary Industrial Ranch A mid-century ranch home boldly reimagined with a contemporary industrial aesthetic — raw materials, clean lines, and a confident modernist sensibility.
The Family Ranch with Mother-in-Law Suite Thoughtfully adapted for a young family, this ranch has been reconfigured to include a fully self-contained first-floor mother-in-law suite.
🚗 Tour Bonus: For vintage car buffs, a newly built garage, seamlessly designed to complement a landmarked home.
